This is a Good Friday message delivered at the Bennington area ecumenical Good Friday Service at First Baptist Church on Main Street in Bennington. I was honored to be invited to bring the message before this gathering of the Body of Christ.
The scripture was 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 which, although not specifically about the crucifixion, was a Good Friday scripture nonetheless. It was the Apostle Paul trying to help the churches in Corinth understand the cross, in the understanding that we might never fully understand the cross.
